Adoptioperheet ry - Adoptivfamiljer rf
The Finnish Association of Adoptive Families (inofficial translation) is a Finnish association for parents of adopted children, for those considering adoption, as well as those going through an adoption process. Our aim is to support families at different stages of adoption process, to participate in public discussion about adoption, and to improve the social situation of adoptive families.

Examples of our concrete work are: educational and social events and discussion fora for adoptive families. We also publish a magazine four times a year. The association is independent of service agencies for adoption. Adoptive families and families considering national or international adoption in Finland are welcome as members.

The languages of our association are Finnish and Swedish, and we unfortunately do not have our materials in English for time being.
